About Us

Kathy Pregnall, MA, LMHC, CMHS, CCTP

I hold a Masters Degree in Psychology Counseling, from City University of Bellevue, WA. I am a Washington State Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Child Mental Health Specialist and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I have over 25 years experience working with adults, children, families and couples, in a variety of therapeutic settings.

My approach to therapy is a client centered approach putting emphasis on joining with the client and/or client family, at times resulting in a team approach to treatment, which identifies individual and family strengths and inner resources. Focus of treatment is to not only address short-term problems, but to also strive for long term emotional wellness.

The treatment approaches I enlist are: Trauma Focused, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Guided Imagery, Parent Coaching, Family Systems Therapy, and Family Reunification. I work with children over the age of 12, adults, couples, families, First Responders and Veterans, as well as assisting in collaboration with community partners.

I see clients with the following issues: Depression, Anxiety/Phobias/Panic Attacks, Grief and Loss, Relationship Issues, School/Academic Concerns, ADHD, Mood Disorders, PTSD, Trauma, Past Child and Domestic Abuse, Anger Management, Self-Harm/Para-suicidal Behavior and Parenting Issues.

I work with parents to establish and maintain consistent coparenting strategies through Parent Coaching.  I also work with couples on strengthening relationships, establishing boundaries, redefining relationships.*

*Couples/Marital work, as well as coaching, is a private pay service and not  covered by insurance.

Erin Hohol, MA, LMHC

I hold a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from City University of Seattle. I am a Washington State Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have worked with children and families in a variety of settings throughout my career.

My approach to counseling is to focus on strengths and help to assist with solutions rather than telling my patients what to do. My focus is to address short-term problems as well as long-term psychological well-being. The more you can tell me about what and how you are feeling, the more effectively I will be able to assist you in resolving your personal problems and issues.

I believe that the client is central to the therapeutic process and brings with them their unique experiences, strengths, and resources which are invaluable for growth and change. I believe that each of us has the inner strength and resources to accomplish our life goals. I believe all individuals are deserving of acceptance, respect, compassion, and understanding, and all children are capable of success in academics, extracurricular activities, and social interactions.

I work with children ages 5 and older, adults, couples, and families. My approach with children is non-directive experiential play therapy. Play is the language of children and allows the child to tell me their story in a non-threatening way.
